Every week, through Fall
A LA CARTE THURSDAY & FRIDAY
Join us on Thursday and Friday evenings as we make food that is as fun and thoughtful as always, with an air of ‘let’s grab a beer and a burger, neighbor.’ A rotating, a la carte menu boasts things like leafy greens, Persian dips, schnitzel, hand rolled pasta, braised beef, and homemade ice cream. Run in for something quick on the way home from work or gather round to let a meal meander until sunset.
5:30 pm - 10 pm
Dishes range from $10 - $35, a number of tables are available to reserve on Resy with a handful saved for walk-ins.
Sunday, November 23rd
We are constantly reminding each other, and in turn all of you, that this change of pace - the heavy-handed Goldens and browns, rolling fog and hard frost, bulbs dug up and tomatoes stored, is not only a valuable time, but Avery beautiful part of cycling through the bounty here. In this coming stillness is rest, and in rest some reflection, so we choose to gather intentionally around our favorite things to cook. Persian food, which is high on our list of comforts, lends itself to lengthening mornings, broth and stew on all afternoon, the warmth of saffron, turmeric, cinnamon as night’s grow chillier.
Join us for an evening of celebration, not only to raise a glass to delicious food in good company, but for the ways in which consuming these history-laden dishes in a rural place, continues the story of why we all belong. And why in Autumn, it feels so good to draw nearer to each other.
PERSIAN FEAST
ALLEZ! ALLEZ! LEO & INES ARE COMING.
Chef Léo learned with Italian chef Fabrizio Ferrara where he developed a strong appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine whilst still staying true to his native French cooking. He then spent 3 years in Clamato (Septime) where he evolved even more and became head chef. His touch is precise; delicate, yet delightfully simple.
Inès started in the kitchen with French Chef Hélène Darroze but gradually moved her way into FOH and became a sommelier. She’s now the head sommelier and manager of Septime La Cave in Paris. She has a love for clean and poetic natural wines and enjoys telling the story behind every winemaker she works with. Her former experience as a cook makes her really invested in finding the best wine pairing. Together they are working on a unique Brushland special menu with wine pairing.
Only two nights, come and have fun with them!
Friday, November 14th: a la carte
& Saturday, November 15th: prix fixe.
